Born in the land of Olive’s Trees, Itria’s Valley, Puglia - Italy where he worked for the Fashion industry for 3 years but also running his small Family Pasta baker business then moved to London in 2014 where He discovered and build his natural passion and love for the Bar Industry.
Bar Manager for over two years in one of the biggest Night Club in London, Shaka Zulu in Camden where he also took part and Founder of “ Whiskey and Spears “ Experience: the largest collection of American Whiskeys Collection outside USA ( +550 !! ) ,which gave him the possibility to become a Whiskey expert, but also an eclectic Bar Manager in one of the coziest an artistic Members Club in the heart of Soho: Blacks Club.
An eclectic, fully inspired Rockstar when it comes to bar experience, achieving great scores in Cocktails competitions like: Floor de Cana, Southern Comfort, Rebel Yell, Underground Vodka, Whistlepig Rye , The London Club and Bars Awards.
His name is Rosario Barone, but everybody calls him Roy.

He was born in the south of Italy in 1980 and since he was a kid he wanted to become an astronaut. The attraction for the stars is always been the guide of his life.
Frontman of a rock band, He moved to Venice where he studied Art Direction and worked for 10 years for an important newspaper, but all of this wasn’t enough to satisfy his desire to discover.
A new adventure started in 2013 when he left his old life and moved to London. There he met Tony Vega, bar manager at Shaka Zulu, who transmitted to him the passion for the bar tending.
After that several experiences followed in different cocktails bar and private party, till the moment when he realized was the moment to build something more personal. The attention for details, the passion for art and the dream to reach sky are now the secret ingredients for his drink, ready to be served for you at El Garito.”
